INDIVIDUAL-PARENT CAREER GOAL DISCREPANCIES SCALE: TURKISH FORM FACTOR STRUCTURE AND ANALYSIS ACCORDING TO DEMOGRAPHIC VARIABLES

Bu araştırmada Birey-Ebeveyn Kariyer Hedefi Tutarsızlığı Ölçeği’nin (Sawitri vd., 2020) Türkçeye uyarlanması ve demografik değişkenlere göre incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 20 farklı üniversitede öğrenim gören 684 üniversite öğrencisi (yaş ort=21.73, SS=4.319) oluşturmaktadır. Veriler çevrim içi ortamda kişisel bilgi formu ölçek aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerden grubu 1 ile Açımlayıcı Faktör Analizi (AFA) yapılmıştır. Yapısal geçerliği incelemek için yapılan Doğrulayıcı Analizi’ne (DFA) modelinin istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir model olduğu maddelerin standardize edilmiş faktör puanlarının pozitif bulunmuştur. Cronbach Alpha değerleri ölçeğin iyi mükemmel derecede güvenilir olduğunu göstermiş, alt boyutları arasındaki ilişkiler Araştırma sonuçları, 15 madde üç boyuttan oluşan öğrencilerinin birey-ebeveyn kariyer hedefi tutarsızlığında yetenek, seçim coşku boyutlarını arada değerlendiren geçerli ölçüm aracı göstermektedir. Ayrıca cinsiyet, tercih durumu gibi değişkenler analizlerde farklara rastlanmıştır.
